As a busy mum, my personal health and fitness journey has been quite a rollercoaster. Leaving the RAF after 23 years service and qualifying as a Personal Trainer, I thought I was invincible; turns out I wasn’t! Ab separation, disc prolapse, sciatica, discectomy, lower back pain and a torn Achilles have all lead me on a journey of discovery and knowledge that it is now my purpose to share.
